MEET OUR CHEF

Angelo Arsovski, born in Macedonia, spent most of his career in Prague, where he gained impressive experience in the hospitality industry. For the past 8 years, he has been working as a head chef, constantly learning from the best chefs in Europe.

Working in fine dining and Michelin-starred restaurants, Angelo has developed his own cooking style, focusing on local ingredients and constantly experimenting and playing with new flavors to create a modern Mediterranean cuisine that leaves everyone speechless.
