We support locality and sustainability whenever possible, from how we cook through collaboration with the community, treat our guests and employees, and preserve our environment—with great respect and pride for our history and heritage.
Regarding preserving the environment, we removed 400 cubic meters of garbage from the Island at our own expense and forested the Island flora with authentic plants and trees neglected through the years and lack of maintenance. For construction purposes, we used all-natural materials.
We contribute to the community through collaboration with the “Father Ivan Fiorović” Foundation. – our goal is the same as the goal of the Foundation – helping those in need to overcome these difficult times more quickly.
